Using Shamanic techniques from all over the world, Vav Simon will help you explore the energy fields all living things exist in. She will lead Inward Journeying meditations to identify problems on mental, emotional and physical planes. With Drumming, Tibetan Bowls, Smoke Smudging and crystal work, Vav will help the group to explore clearing and cleansing methods. This will help you focus on working to remove negative energies and so release the patient of illness, misery or confusions. These are very advanced skills and require the ability to self-ground.
