A celebration of approaching womanhood for girls age 10 to 15, facilitated by older women. Mums and older women are invited to help the facilitation process. Working on the land, we will talk about ancient rites for stepping into adulthood. We will hold a ceremony and offer a gentle preparation of what it means to be a woman. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking on grassland. |
