The Aboriginal people of Australia use the terms 'Women's Business' and 'Men's Business' to refer to the rituals and teachings that are kept secret from members of the opposite sex.

In this men-only workshop on the Isle of Wight we will explore the relationship of our gender to our spiritual lives, to see what 'Men's Business' might be for those of us living in Britain.

Philip Carr-Gomm has been leader of the Order of Bards Ovates & Druids for over twenty years. A psychologist, he is an author in the fields of psychology and Druidry.

Philip is the author of many books on the Druid Tradition, including 'Druid Mysteries' which shows the life-enhancing beliefs and practices of this spiritual path have much to offer our 21st-century world. After twenty years' of writing about Druidry, he's broadened his scope from the topic of Druidry, with its contemporary environmental relevance, to include the history of magic in England in 'The Book of English Magic', the subject of sacred sites in the lavishly illustrated 'Sacred Places', and the subject of nudity in religion, politics and popular culture in 'A Brief History of Nakedness.' You can find his author website at http://philipcarrgomm.druidry.org and his blog at http://philipcarrgomm.wordpress.com

Also, Philip is giving a talk "Druidry & the Perennial Wisdom Tradition" the evening before.
