From Newport
– follow signs for Ryde to Binstead, Havenstreet or over the Downs road.
Then...
From Binstead
– go straight through the traffic lights to the T junction. Turn right onto Upton Road and drive to
the newly laid hedge on the left: that’s us.
From Havenstreet
– at the top of the hill follow the road round to a junction with two roads on your right, bear
right and follow Stroudwood Road to the mini-roundabout, turn left and we’re 200
metres on the right.
From the Downs road, Brading, Sandown, Shanklin, etc. –
take Ashey Road to the mini-roundabout, turn left
up the hill and turn right at the mini-roundabout at the top, and we’re 200
metres on the right.
From Seaview, Bembridge or St Helens,
aim for the Westridge crossroads, turn into Great Preston Road going towards
Ryde town centre. Immediately turn left into Smallbrook Lane. At the
mini-roundabout beside Smallbrook Stadium, go straight over and up the winding
wooded road called Carters Road to the mini-roundabout at the top of the hill.
Turn right there and we’re 200 metres on the right.
From Ryde central bus station
(next to the catamaran & hovercraft), take Bus 33 and ask for Upton Cross; walk
200 yards downhill to our entrance on the right.
